What is RULER?

RULER is a methodology developed by the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, which works with five skills: Recognize, Understand, Label, Express, and Regulate emotions.

In our programs, these skills are applied in concrete situations: feedback, conflict, decisions, pressure, leadership, team communication, and parent-child relationships.

IH Bucharest is the only educational institution in Romania accredited in the RULER program since 2020, bringing an international methodology in a practical format adapted to the local context.
